When you book with Activities 4 Kids there’s an agreement between us. That agreement is based upon our booking conditions.

Unless we hear from you to the contrary;
If you would prefer a different camp / date / time then you will need to let us know you no longer want the space held for you and sort your new space ASAP.

Activities4Kids reserves the right to amend dates, times, location, classes or fees at any time.
Tutors
Activities4Kids reserves the right to change tutors at any point during the Camps / Parties.
Cancellations
Activities4Kids reserves the right to cancel camps in which the number of attendees falls below a viable level. In such cases every effort would be made to find a suitable alternative. If a suitable alternative is not found and the camp has already been paid for, a credit note for the full amount you are owed will be issued and can be used for any future camp booking. If there are any changes to the existing charge then the difference must be paid. Credit may be given for cancellations at the discretion of the office and under certain circumstances. In these circumstances written confirmation will be required to explain the cancellation. Refunds cannot be given after the camp. Credits cannot be given for children who refuse to or do not participate in the camp. Every effort is always made at the time to integrate the children in their class. Credit for a long term medical issue and broken bones will require a prior written request for credit and in some situations a doctor’s note. We include swimming in some of our camps, this is not compulsory so if a child refuses to enter the pool for any reason, no credit will be given but the child will be offered an alternative activity.
Please note: that swimming is a fun session and fully supervised by our trained staff from WetWetWetSwimSchool
Refunds / credits will not be offered
If you are unable to attend your camp because of extenuating circumstances, including any illnesses / Covid isolation / weather conditions / precautionary actions or any other reason that is beyond Activities4Kidss control unless you can provide our office with a doctor’s note.*

Fees and payments
Payment for Activities4Kids camps can be made in the following ways:
By BACCS: Please send your course fees to The Co-Operative Bank as per your welcome letter.
By cheque: Please provide us with your child’s name and venue on the reverse, payable to Activities4Kids, to the address below
Child Care Vouchers; relevant information is on your confirmation letter
PLEASE NOTE: Any unpaid cheque returned to us will incur a £6 administration fee payable to Activities4Kids in addition to the normal charge. This fee is to cover the charge that we incur from the bank in this circumstance and for the necessary additional administration.
All camps must be paid for if booked, irrespective of whether or not your child attends unless you have advised us of cancellation
Medical Information / Learning difficulties
Please advise us at the time of booking of any medical conditions or learning difficulty we should be aware of for a child. These can include: asthma, epilepsy, allergies or a learning difficulty
If at any time a swimmers medical condition changes, you must inform us as soon as possible. This can either be done by emailing the office info@activities4kids.co.uk or phoning our office. All medical information will be treated with the strictest confidence.

COVID-19 Financially Secure Camps!
Your booking is COVID-19 FINANCIALLY RISK FREE! If we were to have to cancel your camp due to COVID-19, we’ll offer you a credit towards another camp. If your child has to self-isolate, we’ll give you a credit to use another time.
Our team are working to ensure that we’re always fully up to date with the current guidance and we have all the safety measures put in place to be able to deliver maximum fun in a safe environment. PLEASE ensure that if your children / people that you are in close contact with show any symptoms for this disease (or any contagious disease) you DO NOT come to any camps. This is your responsibility to public health and safety. If your child has been told to isolate please do not bring them to camp / party. If you have had to take a PCR test please do not bring your child to camp whilst waiting for the results.
Asthma; Children who need access to inhalers should bring them to camp and advise our staff they have them, please ensure your child knows how to use their inhaler – of course they will be readily available for the duration of their lesson.
Gastric Illness: Please do not bring your child to camp if they suffer from any gastric illness for at least 5 days following.
Lost Property
All premises are checked by Activities4Kids staff at the end of every session and any items found are kept in lost property for the duration of the camp and then taken to our office premises (see below for exceptions)
Exception 1: Any items found deemed to be unsanitary to keep are thrown away instantly. Exception 2: Any items found deemed to be of large monetary value are returned to Activities4Kids office immediately. All items are kept for the duration of the state school term they are found. At the end of that term, if they have not been claimed, items will either be donated to local charity shops or thrown away. Please note that all articles left on the premises at any of the venues we use are left entirely at the owner’s risk. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
In case of emergency, and if an evacuation is necessary, children should stay calm and follow the guidance of our staff.
Our Services
All children’s swimming lessons are taught by fully qualified teachers. All of our staff are obliged to attend regular first aid courses and our staff are all DBS checked. We are fully insured.
